Description
Whether you're a recent high school graduate, a transfer student, or a working adult ready to take the next step toward your goals, SPUR is designed to help you start your journey at Connors State College with confidence.
SPUR is Connors State's new student orientation experience, created to connect you with the people, resources, and opportunities that will support your success from day one. During the event, you'll learn about our academic programs, meet faculty and staff, explore campus resources, and get answers to any questions you may have about college life.
You'll also meet one-on-one with a Student Success Coach to discuss your academic and career goals, build your class schedule, and register for courses. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to connect with current students, hear about their experiences, and take a campus tour so you can feel right at home before classes begin.
At SPUR, you'll gain the knowledge, support, and confidence you need to start your Connors State experience on the right track.
This event will be on the Warner Campus with check-in starting at 9:00AM.

Free parking will be available on the west side of the Library Learning Center.
- What do I need to bring?
Please bring any transcripts that you have not already submitted to the Office of Admissions.

- What am I to expect?
You'll get a chance to explore our beautiful campus and see our facilities, including classrooms, science labs, and computer labs. You'll learn about our student support services, including academic advising. During the event, you will meet with a Student Success Coach to discuss your goals and register for courses. You'll even have a chance to meet current students and learn about their experiences.
